Booking Summer School 2026
All the information you need to decide on your booking options for Summer School is provided for you below.
This year we have 3 accommodation options for you:

Premium Accommodation - located in Grosvenor House.

Standard Accommodation - located in Astbury House.

Self Catering - located in Church College Close.
If you wish to arrive on the Wednesday afternoon/evening in readiness to start classes on Thursday morning, accommodation for the Wednesday night is available. See the details below.
Please note that there are no part-week accommodation options are available.

This year, we have improved the process for making your booking (from the link below) which we hope will make things easier for you.
Please note all bookings with accommodation MUST be submitted by 19th June. After this date, only bookings for training packages will be accepted.

Premium Accommodation
Premium Accommodation this year will be in Grosvenor House in the centre of the campus grounds.
This will be the location for all twin accommodation.

Additional Options
On the last evening we will be holding our Summer School Gala Dinner. If you wish to attend please ensure to add this to your booking.

Training Only Options
It's fine to turn up on the day to train, but please make sure you bring proof of insurance, and register and pay at the office prior to entering the dojos.

Children's Fees
Children are welcome to train at Summer School throughout week. Advance booking is not required, please register and pay for children at the Summer School Office at the event.

Registration
Wednesday 22nd July from 3pm if your booking includes Wednesday night accommodation.

Remember to bring your membership books (proof of insurance) and Yudansha Books.
Important Information
If you are arriving on Wednesday, please provide an estimated time arrival on your booking. If you have to arrive later, please notify the Summer School Team so we can make arrangements for providing your room keys.
Cancellation Policy
Booking cancellations received before the 19th June will receive a full refund on training fees and an 80% refund on accommodation. It will only be possible to refund training fees for cancellations after this date.
