Note
Due to the accommodation allocated to us by the University, we are not able to offer any shared room options this year, ALL rooms are single occupancy.
*It is not possible to offer standard accommodation without breakfast.

Accommodation
* Standard Accommodation this year will be in Astbury House in the centre of the campus grounds, as our usual accommodation in Grosvenor House is being refurbished
Self-Catering Accommodation will also be on campus, this will be in Church College Close.
All accommodation is limited and allocated on a ‘first come, first served' basis. So, book early to avoid disappointment.

Follow signs on campus for the registration area. (Binks Building - 23 on the Campus Map or see the Summer School Map).
Remember to bring your membership books (proof of insurance), Yudansha Books and grading forms.
Important Information
It is essential that you register as early as possible on Saturday 3rd August.
We cannot guarantee that you will be able to collect your keys if you arrive later in the day without prior arrangement with the Summer School Team.
Cancellation Policy
Booking cancellations received before the 1st July will receive a full refund on training fees and an 80% refund on accommodation. It will only be possible to refund training fees for cancellations after this date.
