August 4th is Approaching Fast!

The wait is almost over, and it will soon be time for Summer School

A few important things to remember:

• The closing date for bookings requiring accommodation is 7th July. After this date we are only able to accept training only bookings.

  
  

• This year's Gala Dinner is on Thursday 7th August. If you wish to attend your booking must be made before the start of Summer School. If you have reserved your place, then meal choices will be emailed to you shortly. Please ensure you respond with you desired choices prior to the start of Summer School.

  
  

• Registration will be slightly different this year as you will have been sent your 'Welcome Packs' containing Summer School information, Timetables, and your colour allocation for classes in advance. If you need to register as a day visitor or collect keys then the office, located in the Anna Sutton Building will be open as follows:

  • Sunday from 3pm-7pm for room key collection (for those staying Sunday night only)

  • Monday from 9.00-12.00 for room key collection and day booking registration (remainder of week 9.00-9.30)

  • Tuesday - Thursday - from 9.00-12.00

• Don't forget your BAF and Yudansha books for stamping and, if you are grading, your grading forms and fees.

  
  

• If for whatever reason you will be arriving late, please contact us in advance so that we can arrange to have your keys available.
